 At my heaviest I was 216 pounds. I ate in front of the tv, the computer and in bed. I loved fast food, mochas and of course pizza. Even microwaved pizza... yeah.... I know. You see, I never realized WHY I was eating that way. Until one day at a Herbalife office I stepped on a scale and it read (216.2) I couldn't believe it. I was an athlete! Why didn't anybody say anything?

 The worst kind of Smoker: I'm not a smoker I would say. I only smoke once a week when I play Chess with my best friend Jeff. And it's okay, because these cigarettes are all natural American Spirits. So it's not as bad. That's how my lie went. I can stop anytime I want. 

 I've worked as a restaurant manger for most of my working life. I worked at Sharis and Jack in the box and while I enjoyed my time, it was never fulfilling. My entrepreneurial spirit always stirred in me. But I was too afraid to do anything about it. So I stayed.

 My life turned when I realized the fear had a hold of me. And instead of dealing with the fear I would distract myself by Eating and Smoking. My mentor showed my that the food and the cigarette was a distraction so I wouldn't have to face my fear, and that the way Out is Through. In hypnosis I got rid of my fear, and with it, went the distractors

 Now I'm 168 pounds, eat a plant-pased diet, a Blazer fan and I will never smoke another cigarette. I started my Hypnotherapy Practice and of course, I have new fears, but now I know how to handle them. And I'm thankful everyday!
